How to Access Gmail Account Using Windows Live Mail

There are many ways to access your gmail account, other than through an Internet browser, we can also use email client like Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail and we also can access gmail using opera mail.

This time I will tell you, how to access gmail account using windows live mail. First you have to install windows live mail on your computer, and check if your gmail is already enabled IMAP in Gmail or not.

Okay, here's how to access the gmail account using the Windows Live Mail:

1. Open Windows Live Mail then create new account, to do this you juts need to click (Add e-mail account).
   
2. Setting up your Gmail account (Input you email address & password).
   
   


3. Set My incoming mail server to IMAP, incoming server (imap.gmail.com, port: 993) then Check the This server requires a secure connection (SSL). set Outgoing Server (smtp.gmail.com, port: 465) also check This server requires a secure connection (SSL), My outgoing server requires authentication. Then click Next
   
   
4. Follow all process, and finally you can access you gmail with Windows Live Mail.
